You will manage full project lifecycles, anticipate issues, manage dependencies, and improve tools and processes while balancing immediate needs with long-term goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop OKRs, establish metrics, and deliver strategic communications to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge across business and technical domains; ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to identify opportunities, define program goals, and translate needs into deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Establish and track processes with stakeholders; ensure compliance and resource alignment.
• Draw insights from deep-dives and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables and assess program impact.
• Establish program metrics; manage cross-functional teams to drive action and results.
• Track and report key metrics, highlighting participation and success indicators.
• Articulate program vision, secure executive buy-in, and manage expectations.
• After implementation, capture feedback, update documentation, and suggest improvements.
• Deliver strategic communications tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Identify subject-matter experts and leverage their expertise for product/service improvement.
• Support development of strategic programs and guide leadership in decision-making.
• Create project roadmaps to manage expectations and coordinate resources.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate progress and alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advance programs with minimal guidance.
• Perform risk identification and assessment; monitor evolution and impact on objectives.
• Document solution scope, design, milestones, and governance processes.
• Develop OKRs across programs and monitor progress with leadership.
• Define program goals and roadmaps, translating needs into prioritized work streams.
