Confidential in the luxury interiors sector is seeking a Technical Administrator for the R&D team in the UK. You will build and maintain product technical files, support development in the UK and China, and manage data in a Product Lifecycle Management system alongside Excel.

This admin role underpins production release, with weekly NPD and monthly KPI and carbon data reports. You’ll need keen attention to detail, be comfortable chasing engineers, and own data accuracy to keep products on

Qualifikationen

• A couple of years in admin in a technical or engineering setting.
• Intermediate Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Very close attention to detail.
• Confident and persuasive; comfortable chasing engineers.
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain product technical files in line with UK, European and North American regulations.
• Support development teams in the UK and China within a Product Lifecycle Management system, handling specification records, engineering data, costings and quotations.
• Own the Product Release Order process from development to production release.
• Produce the weekly NPD report and the monthly KPI and carbon data reports.
