Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Technical Administrator to join their R&D team in the UK. You will build and maintain product technical files, support development teams in the UK and China, and manage the Product Release Order process.

This admin role is essential to keep data accurate, reports running meetings, and products through release. You will rely on Excel, PLM/ERP systems, and proactive communication with engineers to gather information.

Qualifications

A couple of years in admin, ideally in a technical or engineering setting.
Intermediate Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and confident with exported data.
Very close attention to detail.
Confident and persuasive, comfortable chasing people.
Someone who enjoys owning the data and running a tight ship.
Proactive and positive, and genuinely happy doing admin.
ERP or PLM experience (SAP, NetSuite, Navision, Oracle) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product technical files in line with UK, European and North American regulations.
Support development teams in the UK and China.
Work day-to-day in a Product Lifecycle Management system alongside Excel.
Own the Product Release Order process from development to production release.
Produce weekly NPD report and the monthly KPI report and carbon data.
