What You'll Do
Consumer Marketing Manager for Battersea Power Station’s chimney lift experience, Lift , working on strategy and campaign delivery to maximise awareness, and drive ticket sales and revenue
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Lead the marketing and PR for Battersea Power Station’s chimney lift experience, Lift , with support from the Consumer Marketing Director and the wider IMG marketing team. Additionally, assist in the marketing of IMG’s cultural exhibitions including ‘From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce&Gabbana’, currently showing in Paris.Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to maximise awareness, and drive ticket sales, footfall and revenue.Oversee and maintain Lift ’s website, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and engaging. Collaborate with the digital marketing team on content creation, influencer partnerships and paid social campaigns, refining strategies based on performance insights.Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaign execution.Coordinate external suppliers and oversee campaign activities including PR, graphic design, media bookings, photography and more.Foster strong relationships with the Lift onsite team as well as cross-departmental teams, including hospitality and finance.Work alongside the Ticketing Manager to analyse and optimise performance, manage relationships with ticketing providers (Accesso/Ingresso) and trade partners, and identify new opportunities while advising on best practices in trade ticketing for visitor attractions.Oversee the development and execution of Lift Lates, after-hours event program, including event planning, production, PR and ticketing.Collaborate with the wider Battersea Power Station team to align marketing efforts with the wider strategy and integrate Lift into those marketing initiatives.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging marketing innovations to drive continuous improvementAssist with the campaigns for IMG’s cultural exhibitions as required.Any other duties that are within the scope of the role that may be required
