National Account Manager (Luxury On & Off Trade)

MacGregor Black are proud to partner with a premium portfolio of British drinks brands in the search for a National Account Manager to manage their Whisky portfolio. This is a permanent role based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, values-led producer at the forefront of the English drinks revolution. Recognised for their commitment to craftsmanship, provenance, and quality, and have established strong reputations in high-end hospitality and retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key On & Off Trade accounts across London and the UK, focused on luxury and premium customers
  • Build long-term commercial relationships with buyers, account managers, and senior stakeholders across prestige groups and specialist retailers
  • Deliver customer plans and activations that reflect the brands’ premium positioning and commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure effective execution
  • Analyse performance and use data to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships
  • Report to the Head of Sales and support broader channel development initiatives

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience managing national accounts in the premium spirits or wine sector
  • Passionate about quality and craftsmanship, with a genuine appreciation for Single Malt Whisky
  • An existing network of contacts in the Luxury On & Off Trade, particularly in London
  • Commercially savvy, with excellent negotiation skills and strong customer instincts
  • London-based or within easy reach for regular face-to-face meetings and customer visits

Salary & Benefits

This role offers a strong base salary up to £70k, performance-related bonus, and travel expenses. You’ll be joining a business with exceptional brands, strong values, and real momentum in the luxury drinks space.
