Talent is seeking a Buyers & Procurement Administrator to join our hospitality-focused Group Purchasing Organisation. The role blends procurement operations, data analysis and supplier administration to support compliance, tender execution and spend monitoring across hotel properties and commercial partners.

The successful candidate will assist with tenders, supplier onboarding, pricing, and KPI tracking, while collaborating with hotel operations and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of hospitality, hotel management or food & beverage sectors.
• Experience in procurement support, commercial administration, or buying.
• Strong numerical ability with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent stakeholder management with a client-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support tenders and negotiations with vendors across local, regional and national levels.
• Draft, review and track supplier agreements, SLAs and performance commitments.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmark research to inform category strategies and savings.
• Maintain eProcurement catalogs and pricing files; manage onboarding and compliance workflows.
