Job summary

TalentPool is partnering with a well-established multisite hospitality and leisure business in the UK to recruit a procurement professional. Our client is a well-established multisite hospitality and leisure business,, operating a large portfolio of locations across the UK. They have an experienced procurement function and this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, commercially focused environment with exposure across a broad range of categories.

The Role

This is a broad procurement role with responsibility across Food, Drink and Non-Food categories.You'll combine strategic category management with hands-on procurement, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial value, support new product development and ensure a resilient supply chain.

Responsibilities include

• Managing procurement across a broad portfolio of Food, Drink and Non-Food categories
• Leading supplier negotiations, tenders and contract management
• Building strong, long-term supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance
• Working cross-functionally on NPD, new product sourcing and supply chain initiatives
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities while managing quality, availability and commercial risk
• Using market and commodity insights to support category strategies and commercial decisions

Required Experience

• Strong procurement experience, ideally with exposure to Food & Beverage categories
• Experience within hospitality, foodservice, retail or another multisite environment
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
