Champneys Head Office is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on supporting the Group Purchasing Director with procurement processes, supplier due diligence, and stock management across the central warehouse.

You will administer purchasing systems, raise orders, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while leveraging your degree and 2 years of hospitality procurement experience. A proactive, IT-literate candidate with commercial acumen will thrive.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• 2 years experience in procurement, preferably hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• IT literate.
• Well developed commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Administration of purchasing systems.
• Administration of suppliers due diligence information on purchasing database.
• Ordering and replenishing stock levels of stock held in central warehouse.
• Raising central and forward purchase orders of approved suppliers.
• Close interaction with all stakeholders across the business.
