Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support spend analysis, supplier negotiations and price tracking across our restaurant portfolio.

You will work with Accounts, suppliers and sites to resolve pricing issues, maintain due diligence, and prepare clear reports. Strong Excel and P2P experience are essential to succeed in this fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience desirable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable planning multiple tasks and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark supplier pricing and support negotiations.
• Analyse spend, volumes, rebates and price movements to inform sourcing decisions.
• Prepare reports on price changes, supplier opportunities and business impact; maintain procurement trackers.
• Work with Accounts, suppliers and sites to resolve incorrect prices, charges, credits and invoices.
