Job summary

Champneys, based in Tring, is seeking a Purchasing Assistant for a hybrid role with at least two days in-office. You will support procurement functions for the Group Purchasing Director, handling system administration, supplier due diligence, stock replenishment, and purchase orders while coordinating with stakeholders across the business.

Ideal candidates will have a degree, 2 years in procurement ( Hospitality preferred), IT literacy, and adaptability to change within a busy wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level
• 2 years experience in procurement preferably Hospitality
• IT literate
• Adaptable and has the ability to work well with change

Responsibilities

• Administration of purchasing systems
• Administration of suppliers due diligence information on purchasing database
• Ordering and replenishing stock levels of stock held in central warehouse
• Raising central and forward purchase orders of approved suppliers
• Close interaction with all stake holders across the business.
