A leading construction and engineering firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager. The successful candidate will develop and manage procurement strategies for complex projects, ensuring compliance and sustainability goals are met. A strong background in negotiation and supplier management is essential. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and actively contribute to delivering high-value savings in procurement processes. As a Procurement Manager, you'll work closely with project teams and the wider Balfour Beatty procurement community to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Main Contract terms and BBR policies. You'll manage high‑value sourcing activities, negotiate complex agreements, and ensure compliance while supporting on‑time delivery and sustainability goals.
