Procurement Director – Stirling | Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced procurement leader with a strong background in supply chain and ERP systems? CV Screen is recruiting for a Procurement Director based in Stirling, offering a salary of up to £70,000. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading independent supplier of building materials, known for its commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency. You’ll take full ownership of the procurement strategy, stock control, supplier relationships, and ERP systems, making a direct impact on business performance across a multi-branch network.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and sourcing strategies for core building materials, ensuring continuity of supply and commercial competitiveness.

• Manage supplier relationships, framework agreements, and rebate structures to protect margins and service levels.

• Oversee inventory forecasting and stock optimisation across all branches to align with sales demand.

• Act as the business lead for the ERP system (Kerridge K8), maintaining accurate product, pricing, and supplier data.

• Develop and lead a central purchasing team, supporting change management and cross-functional collaboration.

What Experience is Required

• 5+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles within building materials, merchanting, or distribution.

• Proven ownership of ERP implementation and management, ideally Kerridge K8.

• Strong knowledge of inventory KPIs and commercial buying principles.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 depending on experience

• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (Full-Time, On-Site)
