Champneys Head Office is seeking a Part-Time Finance Assistant to support the Group Financial Controller and the Hotel General Manager. The role covers all income and expenditure data, ensuring strong operational controls and accurate management information for the hotel.

You will handle sales and purchase ledgers, cash reconciliations, daily reporting, and assist with monthly management accounts. AAT/HOSPA or equivalent and solid IT skills are expected, with attention to detail and process

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance function is essential, hospitality sector preferred.
• AAT/HOSPA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong administration and IT skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Daily business audit and reporting.
• Daily cash and card reconciliations, bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet.
• Assisting with customer queries and handling chargebacks.
