Job summary

Hosco is seeking an Interim Hotel Procurement Specialist to lead the procurement function across the hotel portfolio from its London HQ. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and brand standards.

In this fast-paced interim role, you will review current practices, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, F&B, and Development to support openings, refurbishments, and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Strong supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Experience with hospitality spend including F&B, rooms, housekeeping.
• Ability to analyse spend and identify cost savings.
• Collaborates with Operations, Finance, and Development teams.
