Job summary

Elliot Thomas Consulting are exclusively partnered with an established interiors business looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their team and support the Purchasing Manager with daily procurement for high-end interior projects.

The role is structured and process-driven, ideal for an organised, detail-focused candidate who can raise POs, record quotations, check pricing and track orders across multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, buying, supply chain or administration with strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Methodical and process-driven approach.
• Numerically confident.
• Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Keen to develop within procurement; interiors/ furniture environment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process purchase orders.
• Obtain and record supplier quotations.
• Check pricing, quantities and specifications.
• Place orders following agreed processes.
• Track orders and delivery dates.
• Liaise with suppliers and chase updates.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and spreadsheets.
• Check invoices and purchase orders.
• Support the Purchasing Manager with general procurement administration.
