Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a proactive Procurement Assistant in Marlow to support sourcing, purchasing and delivery of furniture, lighting, fabrics and materials for high-end residential projects. You will work with designers, suppliers and project teams to keep orders accurate, on time and within budget.

The role offers hands-on experience across the full procurement process within a design-led environment, with scope to develop organised, detail-focused procurement skills.

Formación

• 1–2 years experience in procurement or related field.
• Experience in design interiors or construction is a plus.
• Strong admin and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Good spreadsheet and tracker maintenance.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Source suppliers and showrooms for furniture and materials.
• Request quotations and compare pricing and lead times.
• Support designers with product schedules and FF&E lists.
• Raise purchase orders and track delivery progress.
• Maintain project trackers and chase updates.
• Reconcile quotations, POs, invoices; monitor costs.
• Coordinate deliveries, site access and installation schedules.
• Handle delivery discrepancies, damages and returns.
• Keep supplier records and price lists organized.
