Job summary

London-based luxury interior design studio is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to join the established procurement team. You will work closely with project stakeholders, supporting procurement across multiple high-end residential projects and ensuring timely delivery from order to installation.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of procurement experience, ideally within luxury interiors, FF&E or high-end environments, with strong negotiation and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent supplier communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source luxury furniture, lighting, accessories, and other FF&E.
• Obtain supplier quotations and assist with price negotiations.
• Process purchase orders and track orders to delivery and installation.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Monitor lead times, delivery schedules and procurement costs.
• Maintain procurement records and resolve supplier or delivery issues.

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join their established procurement team to work closely with the internal project stakeholders, supporting the procurement process across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Source luxury furniture, lighting, accessories, and other FF&E.
• Obtain supplier quotations and assist with price negotiations.
• Process purchase orders and track orders through to delivery and installation.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Monitor lead times, delivery schedules and procurement costs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and resolve supplier or delivery issues.

Applicants must have at least 3 years' procurement experience, ideally within luxury interiors, FF&E or high-end residential environments, be used to working on big budget procurement projects and have strong supplier communication, negotiation and organisational skills. A good understanding of purchasing, order management and logistics is also essential.
