Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a proactive Procurement Manager for a Surrey-based luxury interior design studio. You will support the procurement process across multiple prestigious projects, sourcing luxury FF&E and coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and installation.

The role requires at least 3 years' procurement experience, ideally within luxury interiors, FF&E, or high-end residential environments, with strong supplier communication,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of procurement experience, ideally in luxury interiors or FF&E.
• Strong supplier communication, negotiation and organisation skills.
• Understanding purchasing, order management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Source luxury furniture, lighting, accessories and other FF&E.
• Obtain supplier quotations and assist with price negotiations.
• Process purchase orders and track orders through to delivery and installation.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Monitor lead times, delivery schedules and procurement costs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and resolve supplier or delivery issues.

Applicants must have at least 3 years' procurement experience, ideally within luxury interiors, FF&E or high-end residential environments, along with strong supplier communication, negotiation and organisational skills. A good understanding of purchasing, order management and logistics are also essential.
