Job summary

GM Performance Power Units in Luton is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to ensure defect-free manufacturing of Cadillac F1 Power Unit systems. This role involves ownership of quality across manufacturing processes, requiring technical depth and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, hands-on experience in high-performance environments, and knowledge of quality methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in process or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, APQP/PPAP, SPC, and MSA.
• Experience supporting machining and/or additive manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process controls and quality standards.
• Support builds through torque verification and functional checks.
• Drive resolution of nonconformances and process issues.
