GM Performance Power Units in Warrington is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to ensure robust, defect-free manufacturing of Cadillac F1 Power Unit systems. This role offers quality ownership across manufacturing operations, driving alignment between engineering intent and product performance.

The successful candidate will develop process controls and support builds through verification and testing, while leading initiatives focused on defect reduction and process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in process or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, APQP/PPAP, SPC, and MSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process controls, inspection criteria, and quality standards.
• Lead APQP deliverables and ensure process readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams.
