GM Performance Power Unit is looking for a Process Quality Engineer to ensure robust, repeatable manufacturing of Cadillac F1 Power Unit systems. The ideal candidate will drive quality ownership across manufacturing, apply APQP and SPC, and utilize hands-on problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in process or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, APQP/PPAP, SPC, and MSA.
• Experience supporting machining and/or additive manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis and CAPA systems.
• Ability to work hands-on in manufacturing and assembly environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain process controls, inspection criteria, and quality standards.
• Support builds through torque verification, leak testing, and functional checks.
• Lead APQP deliverables (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows).
• Drive resolution of nonconformances and process issues using structured root cause analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams.
