Job summary

Argos, a digital-led UK retailer, is seeking a Process Owner to join the Commercial & Digital team. You will own end-to-end processes, drive improvements, and work with retained teams and Accenture Managed Services to ensure processes deliver against business priorities.

You will coordinate issue resolution, embed new ways of working, monitor performance, and build strong relationships across teams to keep processes simple, smart and effective in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Process management experience with continuous improvement opportunities.
• Strong understanding of commercial and digital processes and their performance impact.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience diagnosing issues and coordinating solutions across complex processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insight to support decision making.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key Commercial & Digital processes, delivering against business objectives and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate issue resolution, support process improvements, and embed new ways of working into day-to-day operations.
• Support change initiatives, ensure enhancements transition into business-as-usual activity, and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Use performance data to monitor process effectiveness, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to ongoing optimisation.
