Job summary

OxTS RD is seeking a Process Engineer to optimise and troubleshoot production processes in a hands-on role. You will calibrate equipment, support NPI, and drive continuous improvements with Production, QA and Purchasing.

The ideal candidate brings strong engineering skills, experience with Python tooling, and a track record of maintaining clear process documentation in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with calibration, maintenance and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with NPI, continuous improvement and production tooling.
• Proficient in Python for simple tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Improve, maintain, and troubleshoot production processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products into production.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Perform calibration activities and ensure compliant records and logs.
• Support health and safety practices and maintain clear documentation.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to Production staff as needed.
