Job summary

OxTS RD at Bicester, United Kingdom, seeks a Process Engineering Team Leader to coordinate the Process Engineering team and provide front-line engineering support to Operations. You will manage production and test processes, calibration, and the introduction of new products into Production.

Lead a hands-on technical team, drive continuous improvement, maintain process roadmaps, and work closely with Quality, Engineering and Purchasing to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical team in manufacturing
• Hands-on engineering delivery in Production environments
• Experience with test equipment, calibration and tooling
• Ability to lead investigations and resolve production issues
• Experience with NPI and introducing new products to production
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Production

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Process Engineering Team to deliver work on time.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to Operations, resolving production, build and test issues.
• Maintain ownership of production/test processes and calibration responsibilities.
• Develop and improve test equipment capability to meet growth.
• Support New Product Introduction with appropriate resources and blockers removal.
• Coordinate monthly metrics and budget considerations for the team.
