Job summary

OXTS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Process Engineering Team Leader to coordinate the Process Engineering team within Operations. You will provide front-line engineering support to Production, calibrate test processes, and drive new product introductions to production.

You will lead a team, plan and track work, manage resources, and mentor staff while maintaining the Process Engineering roadmap and budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a technical team in manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on engineering capabilities with calibration knowledge.
• Experience coordinating production, test, and quality activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and project plans.

Responsibilities
