Job summary

April Quest Ltd. seeks a Production / Process Engineer to support production and New Product Development, while driving process improvements across manufacturing. The role focuses on test equipment and test process development, ensuring production-readiness with robust documentation and processes.

The candidate will contribute to RCA-based problem solving, process validation, and CI initiatives, while maintaining SOPs and records to support quality and efficiency across global markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering background in mechatronics, electronics, mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Experience in production or test engineering environments.
• Experience with RCA/Root Cause Analysis methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, Ishikawa, 8D, FMEA, PFMEA, FTA).
• Experience with process validation, CI and process development.
• Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, work instructions and process records.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and NPD involvement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and validate test equipment and test processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.
