Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Devon is seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor to join a well-established, Legal 500-ranked team. You will handle a varied caseload of estates, advise executors and beneficiaries, and draft Wills/LPAs. You will meet clients at the office or their homes and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in private client law.
• Probate experience preferred.
• Unqualified probate specialists will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal advice on a varied caseload of estates (taxable and non-taxable).
• Act for executors, trustees and beneficiaries.
• Advise on inheritance tax reporting, grants of representation, estate accounts and distributions.
• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Meet with clients in the office or at their homes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, professional contacts and referrers.
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider department.
