The ideal candidate has probate sales experience, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setup. Training and support are provided to develop your career.

Qualifications

• Probate knowledge with industry experience (3–4 years preferred).
• Sales experience in probate or professional services.
• Confidently drive sales while showing empathy for clients.
• Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
• Autonomous and capable of prioritising workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage client pipeline from enquiry to quotation and contract signature.
• Provide probate information and guidance on technical matters.
• Deliver end-to-end customer service with clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
