Job summary

Kings Court Trust is seeking a Probate Consultant to maximise sales opportunities and handle client and partner enquiries with a consultative approach. You will nurture leads, follow up and guide clients through the sales process, supported by excellent training.

This role is ideal for someone with probate sales experience and a commitment to high-quality client service, with hybrid working from the Bristol office and a focus on achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable probate knowledge, ideally 3–4 years in the industry.
• Sales experience in probate or professional services.
• Ability to drive a sale while showing empathy for customers and clients.
• Build and nurture positive internal and external relationships.
• Work autonomously and prioritise workload effectively.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work to set KPI targets.
• Previous sales-based role experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client pipeline from enquiry to quotation and contract signature.
• Provide detailed probate information and guidance on technical matters.
• Deliver end-to-end customer service with clear communication and support.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
