Responsibilities

• Manage a client pipeline from enquiry to quotation and signature.
• Qualify warm leads and identify opportunities to introduce services.
• Advise clients empathetically on probate processes.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of probate matters across non-taxable and taxable estates.
• Tailor quotes based on client needs with a transparent fee structure.
• Close sales and draw up contracts while delivering high levels of client service.
