Job summary

Kings Court Trust is seeking a Probate Consultant to join our sales team in a role that blends client-facing probate guidance with sales targets. You will handle enquiries, deliver technical probate information, and nurture prospects through the sales process with empathy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has probate sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a hybrid working setup. Training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable probate knowledge, including at a technical level, with 3-4 years in the industry.
• Sales experience in probate or professional services.
• Effective communication with clients and partners.
• Ability to drive a sale while showing empathy for customers.
• Ability to nurture relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage client pipeline from enquiry to quotation and contract signature.
• Provide probate information and guidance, including technical matters.
• Deliver end-to-end customer service with clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
