Job summary

Kings Court Trust, based in the UK, is seeking a Probate Consultant to join its sales team. You will look to maximise sales opportunities and handle enquiries from clients and business partners with a consultative approach, guiding them through the probate process and closing deals while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have probate sales experience (3–4 years), strong communication, and a proven ability to manage pipelines and meet KPI targets in a professional services

Qualifications

• Demonstrable probate knowledge, including technical level, 3–4 years.
• Sales experience in probate or other professional services environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to build and nurture positive working relationships both internally and externally.
• Able to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work to set KPI s.
• Previous experience in a sales-based role.

Responsibilities

• Manage client pipeline, taking clients from their initial enquiry to quotation and contract signature.
• Provide detailed probate information and guidance, including on technical matters.
• Providing excellent end-to-end customer service, offering clear communication and support.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell / cross-sell services.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
