Job summary

Kings Court Trust is seeking a Probate Consultant to join our sales team. You will look to maximise probate sales, handle enquiries from clients and partners, and move leads through the sales process with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Probate knowledge, including at a technical level.
• 3–4 years probate industry experience.
• Experience handling enquiries and closing sales.
• Strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage client pipeline from enquiry to contract signature.
• Provide probate information and guidance on technical matters.
• Deliver end-to-end customer service with clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
