LAW Absolute is seeking a Head of Sales (Probate) to lead Consultants and Business Development Managers, drive performance, and shape sales strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team. The role requires proven sales leadership, relationship-building with introducers, and strong commercial acumen. This is a permanent, hybrid position with approx.

one office day per week and a £70,000 salary. The successful candidate will join a growing in-house team with ongoing training and development

Qualificações

• Strong track record driving sales performance and achieving targets.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with introducers and referral partners.
• Ability to mentor, motivate and develop colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of sales performance and targets.
• Lead, motivate, develop and support Consultants and Business Development Managers to deliver results.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.
• Ensure consistently excellent service and high-quality case files.
• Identify training needs and oversee consultant development.
• Contribute to company strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Remove obstacles, solve problems and foster a high-performance sales culture.
• Take ownership of issues and resolve them effectively.
