Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the probate department.
• Manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
• Advise clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Handle complex and high‑value estate administrations.
• Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and support staff.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and high client care standards.
• Support business development and referrer relationships.
• Contribute to strategic growth of the firm.
