Job summary

Co-op Legal Services is recruiting a Sales Consultant to support clients through probate matters. You will have thoughtful conversations by phone/video, assess needs, and guide clients toward the right probate solutions. Training is provided, with a supportive remote team and KPI-driven targets.

The role is remote within the UK, full-time, with a base salary of £29,000–£34,000 and uncapped bonus opportunities, plus a strong benefits package. Start date 11 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales or a customer-focused role.
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and care.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Confidence to explain things clearly without jargon.
• Motivation driven by doing a good job and caring for clients, not just numbers.

Responsibilities
