Qualifications

• Must be from a builders merchants background.
• Proactive with great communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service is essential.

• Experience in quotations and turning quotes into orders is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face, over the phone and by email, upsell where possible.
• Take quotation enquiries, develop rapport and understand projects.
• Generate quotes and follow them up to convert into orders.
• Work as part of a team in a muck-in environment and support colleagues.
• Assist in both trade counter and sales office duties.
