Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an on-site security professional to protect customer property and assets in line with Assignment Instructions. The role requires active frontline SIA licences (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA certification, with mandatory training throughout employment.

Qualifications

• Must hold front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision.
• Customer requires CCTV PSS SIA Licence.
• Mandatory ongoing training and licence renewals (16 weeks before expiry).

Responsibilities

• Deliver results that meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs for the customer.
• On-site duties as defined in the published Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Review changes to AIs and suggest amendments to improve service.
• Comply with industry and statutory legislation and UK law; obtain required licences.
• Complete accurate incident notebook entries and participate in Incident Report process.
• Maintain schedules, call checks, and coordinate with the Mitie team and client.
• Call emergency services and the Communication Centre as needed.
