Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a security professional to protect property and people on-site in the United Kingdom. You will deliver services that meet performance targets and compliance with Assignment Instructions, while undertaking ongoing training to develop your skills.

Applicants must hold a front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and a CCTV PSS SIA Licence. The role requires vigilance, professional conduct, and adherence to health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision (SIA) is required.
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required as part of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete tasks on site as defined in Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Review published AI's and suggest amendments to improve service.
• Maintain compliance with Industry and Statutory Legislation and renew licences on schedule.
• Follow procedures, maintain professionalism, and report incidents accurately.
• Keep to schedules and uphold commitment to Mitie and the Client.
• Make timely incident reports and contact emergency services when needed.
