Job summary

Mitie Group plc provides security services on client sites, ensuring property and assets are protected in line with published Assignment Instructions (AI's). The role requires front-line SIA licensing (Guarding or Door Supervision) and a CCTV PSS SIA Licence, with ongoing training to support service delivery and personal development.

On-site duties include compliance with UK law and client policies, completing AI tasks, and actively maintaining incident logs.

Qualifications

• Front-line SIA licence required (Guarding or Door Supervision).
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence required.
• Additional contractually required courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results meeting KPIs / SLAs and accountability for on-site service.
• Complete all tasks on site as defined within the Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Review changes to AI's and suggest improvements to service levels.
• Ensure compliance with UK law, policies and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry and maintain up-to-date qualifications.
• Maintain accurate incident notebooks and contribute to Incident Report processes.
• Keep to schedules and demonstrate commitment to Mitie and the Client; perform check calls as required.
• Call emergency services and the Communications Centre to report incidents.
