Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property by delivering security services per Assignment Instructions (AI's) and KPI/SLA targets
• Complete tasks on site as defined in AI's and ensure compliance with policies and UK law
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry and maintain CCTV/SIA compliance
• Report hazards and incidents promptly; maintain incident notebooks for reports
• Work in a systematic, compliant manner and follow procedures to support Mitie and the client
