Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• You must hold a front-line SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervision).
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required; other courses may be contractually required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with UK law and site policies; follow assignment instructions.
• Complete all tasks on site as defined in the published AI's.
• Review AI changes and suggest amendments to improve service.
• Renew front-line licences 16 weeks before expiry; maintain compliance.
• Report health, safety and security incidents; maintain notebooks.
• Keep to schedules; demonstrate commitment to Mitie and client.
• Ensure check calls are carried out at the allocated times.
• Call emergency services and the Control Centre when needed.
