Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Security Officer to protect our customers' property and assets. You will deliver security services on site, comply with Assignment Instructions, and maintain high standards to help retain the contract.

The role requires an active front-line SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and a proactive approach to continuous learning and safety. You will follow UK law, report incidents, and support the client with a reliable security presence.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• Front-line SIA Licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is mandatory.
• CCTV/incident reporting training or qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security services on site to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Complete tasks as defined in Assignment Instructions (AI's) and maintain thorough incident records.
• Ensure compliance with UK law and regulatory requirements as directed by Security Account Manager.
• Maintain professional conduct and promptly report hazards or security concerns.
