Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Security Officer to protect client sites in accordance with Assignment Instructions and UK law. The role requires holding a current SIA licence and relevant security experience, and includes on-site duties, training, and compliance with safety and security protocols.

You will monitor for hazards, report incidents, and support the client with a high standard of service while maintaining professional conduct and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision (front-line).

Responsibilities

• Delivering results that meet KPIs / SLA for the customer and aid in contract retention.
• To undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and legal/regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and UK Law.
• Complete all tasks on site as defined in the Assignment Instructions.
• Proactively review and adapt to changes in Assignment Instructions to improve service.
