Build Recruitment is seeking a Scheduler/Planner for a client delivering social housing repairs in Melksham. You will schedule trades, coordinate maintenance, and ensure timely completion while delivering a high standard of tenant service.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with IT proficiency and experience in scheduling systems. This is a temporary to permanent contract based in Melksham, with immediate start available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in scheduling, planning or coordination roles.
• Experience in social housing, property maintenance or construction is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
• Confident communicator with tenants, operatives and colleagues.
• Good IT skills including MS Office and scheduling systems.

Aufgaben

• Schedule and coordinate appointments for tradespeople carrying out repairs and maintenance.
• Liaise with tenants to arrange convenient appointment times and provide updates.
• Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed within timescales.
• Communicate with operatives, supervisors and contract managers to manage daily workloads.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records of jobs and appointments.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries professionally.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues, cancellations and missed appointments.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth contract operation.
