Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Performance Improvement Specialist to enhance individual and team performance within the Employee Relations Centre of Expertise. You’ll coach managers, support early intervention and ensure fair, consistent performance and probation decisions.

You’ll use data to identify patterns, develop targeted interventions, and align performance management with employment law and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing underperformance and supporting managers with performance and capability matters.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law relating to performance, capability and probation.
• Proven ability to coach, influence and constructively challenge managers.

Responsibilities

• Support the organisation’s approach to performance and capability management with clear standards.
• Identify patterns of underperformance using data to prioritise interventions.
• Coach managers to manage performance through informal and formal approaches.
• Provide guidance on progression, extension and exit decisions.
• Ensure performance processes are fair and aligned with employment law.
