Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a strategic leader to head People Digital and Improvement. You will manage a team of specialists, prioritise work across systems, data, reporting and improvement activity to deliver smarter, data-driven people services.

Collaborating with HR leaders and suppliers, you will shape system enhancements, governance and change management, ensuring meaningful improvements for colleagues and residents alike. A modern, digitally enabled service is the goal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and delivering through own team and others.
• Significant experience overseeing reporting and insight frameworks with dashboards/KPIs.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how digital tools can improve efficiency.
• Experience delivering digital or HR improvement projects including change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of specialists across systems, data, reporting and improvement.
• Shape priorities for system improvements and digital enhancements across HR.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to maximise value from technology.
• Lead HR digital projects and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and people insight to support decision-making.
