United Infrastructure Water Limited, based in Warrington, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join the Group Procurement and Supply Chain team. This role focuses on supplier onboarding, compliance, and stakeholder liaison to support efficient operations.

The successful candidate will manage onboarding records, monitor adherence to processes, and build strong relationships across the business while supporting KPI reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or coordination experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining databases.
• Ability to follow processes and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and building positive working relationships.

Responsabilités

• Administer contractor and supplier onboarding processes, ensuring service levels are achieved.
• Monitor compliance with group processes, procedures and agreements, addressing issues where necessary.
• Maintain subcontractor records and update database statuses.
• Support stakeholders with procurement procedures, including third parties.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders across the Group.
• Produce and distribute onboarding reports, managed lists and divisional KPIs.
• Follow the United Way of working and ensure processes are consistently adopted.
• Resolve issues proactively and escalate concerns to line management where appropriate.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.
