Job summary

JCT600 Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Aftersales Customer Consultant for Porsche Leeds to help customers get the very best from their Porsche by identifying relevant products, services and repair work for their vehicle.

You will proactively contact customers to discuss additional work, clearly explain recommendations and costs, and follow up on declined or deferred work while keeping accurate records of customer activity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of achieving sales or commercial targets.
• Confident and natural approach to selling, influencing and handling objections.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
• Automotive Aftersales experience would be desirable but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting customers to discuss additional work, products and services
• Clearly explaining recommendations, benefits and costs before converting opportunities into bookings or authorised work
• Following up declined or deferred work and maintaining accurate records of customer activity
