Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Private Jet Charter Broker for our Central London office. You will build relationships with clients, operators and suppliers, prepare charter quotations, and manage enquiries from invitation to completion.

The role offers an excellent basic salary with uncapped commission, plus clear career progression and ongoing training. A minimum of 2 years’ private jet charter brokerage experience and the right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' private jet charter brokerage experience.
• Experience working within private aviation / business aviation sectors.
• Confident dealing with clients, operators and suppliers.
• Target-driven mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare charter quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage charter enquiries from initial request through to completion.
• Develop new business through proactive sales activity and client outreach.
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on new and existing opportunities.
• Provide a high level of service to clients throughout the charter process.
• Keep CRM records and booking information accurate and up to date.
• Stay aware of aircraft availability, market trends and wider business aviation developments.

Role: Private Jet Charter Broker
Location: Central London
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

Main responsibilities:

• A proactive approach with the resilience needed to succeed in a competitive market.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once.
• Right to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
